Our 10 year old Golden Retriever had a large lump on her front right leg at the elbow. After surgery, we were relieved to find out it was not cancer but a Hygroma. I had looked at the NeoAlly Elbow Brace as an alternative to the Cone and it turned out to be a perfect buy. Our dog tried to use its hind leg to scratch the wound (quickly caught and stopped) which the Cone would not stop. Using the Elbow brace worked perfectly; it protected the wound (gauze underneath to prevent rubbing), stayed in place and she quickly got used to it. Contrary to some reviews, if handled carefully it has held together for 3 weeks of off and on several times a day and is still like new. Highly recommended.

We had to return because it did not work for our dog. The quality is very good though

I am s veterinarian and have a 70 lbs border Collie with an open lesion on his elbow. This product works well to cover the area. A large size for this dog seems small. An additional benefit is to line the bandage with a sanitary napkin for added padding and it can have medication applied to it.

Our dog was limping and we initially thought it was her paw, but upon further checking it appeared to be her shoulder. We purchased this due to the design, and it ended up being the right choice. It stays secure and snug, is somewhat easy to put on, and seems to really be helping her. She is like Houdini getting out of collars and harnesses, but this has stayed on so far. This will be a good bridge until we get her a thorough work-up at the vet.

this was the perfect product for my dog after she had a tumor surgically removed from her elbow. it fit her well, was adjustable, was also very comfortable for her. there was no need to use a neck cone or any other product to keep her away from her surgical site. she didn't seem to notice or care that it was on her.I would absolutely highly recommend without hesitation!!

Works wonderfully for a bandage cover due to surgery. Didn’t need to use the old cone. Would highly recommend.

We had high hopes for this product, but it just didnt last. After using for a couple wks it started to tear at the seam under our dog's armpit and is now worthless. Our 13yrs old 80 lb dog hardly moves around so its hard to understand why this large size protector ripped so easily. Unfortunately we didn't return as soon as we should have and now we've missed the return window by 1 day. UGHHH

Will admit I was confused on the instructions of putting it on my dog. Once it was on I felt it was constantly needing to be adjusted as the Velcro doesn’t stick very well. That being said the strap on the back is VERY secure I wish the straps in the elbow/leg held up as well.
