Fits our 80lb bully at the tightest adjustment. He doesn't mind the strap across his back. As you can see in our pictures, he loved laying his head on the floor and his elbows are almost always on the hard floor. There are plenty of beds around the house and he's allowed on furniture but will always pick the floor. Some callouses have gotten really thick and they do bleed sometimes so I got this to protect his elbows. I wish the padding was a little thicker, it's basically a fuzzy sock as is - but I think I can sew in pads easily.

My dog devolved a hygroma on his elbow from slamming down on the hardwood floor crawling In and out from under my bed to sleep . I purchased to protect his elbows and within a few weeks the swelling went down and about a little over month of use it completely went away .

Not working on my English Bulldog, maybe because his legs are so short. Any suggestions for helping them stay in place?

This is a nice concepts, but didn’t stay in place well. The fur part needs to be bigger for the size I got.

The products are soft, cushioning, attractive looking and I really wanted it to work. My border collie is so dang smart she can remove them at will. Ugh. Even at the tightest setting when she lays on the floor the cushions are below the elbow. She has this nasty elbow callus that I’m trying to cure but I constantly have to adjust them if I see her laying down. Maybe if I can shorten the strap somehow it’ll work.

I don’t write reviews often, but this product is great! My dog is comfortable in them and can do all her normal activities. It keeps her from licking the sore area! She has been wearing them all day and has not tried to get them off at all! Bravo!

I wanted to love these for my poor senior dog's sore elbows, but they simply don't stay in place. I gave 2 stars since I think they did provide some comfort for my sweet boy with constant adjusting on my part.

While no garment can be 100% perfect on a dog, this is very nice at the same time. As I expected, I am having to constantly adjust the elbow pads, pulling them back up over the elbow, this is very nice.. thick, soft and I can tell it is comfortable for my 13 year old Border collie. He has auto immune issues that affect his feet and now his elbow is bare, raw and sore as well. He lays in dirt and concrete rather than in the grass and he is destroying his elbows. In addition he is an obessive licker which really aggravates the problem. These elbow protectors are helping, as long as they are covering his elbow. His elbow is finally able to heal because I can finally keep his tongue off of it and they are well protected inside these very nice pads. So for a dog garment, which are impossible to keep in place, these are truly the best I have found. I even ordered a 2nd one so he can be protected while one is being washed. I recommend!
