I use these sheets in my dehydrator to dry chopped-up chicken breast to make cheap dog treats. You must use something like this to prevent the small pieces of meat gluing themselves onto the rack trays. They are very effective and, after drying for 12 hours, the pieces just fall off the sheets with no trouble at all.

Easily cut to size for dehydrator trays which I find aid in the drying process. Particularly food for small items such as drying seeds that would otherwise fall through the tray grill. I think the sheets I have spare will come in handy for lining oven trays to stop biscuits sticking.

Don't buy these for fruit leather.It says in the discription you can use to make fruit leather but the sheets have holes in them and the mix just falls strait through no matter how thick I make it. As fruit leather was the reason I bought them they are now useless to me and a waist of money. Disappointing is an understatement. The mats are good quality but not fit for what I need them for.
