1 of these is for mixing epoxy resin on. It's perfect as once cured the excess resin simply pulls right off. Absolutely brilliant size and with having edges it stop the resin from seeping off, as used to happen with my plain silicone sheet that I used to use.1 of these is also used for placing items when doing repairs on my boat. If I am taking something to piece all the tools and parts such as screws, washers, nuts etc simply go on the mat and again, because of the edges they can't roll off and into the water, and I never forget where anything is as they're all there on the mat. Even my large screwdriver with a round handle does not roll off the edge.1 of them is also used when I'm making bread or meatballs. The mess doesn't get spread all over the place and they really are so simple to clean it's unreal.From experience I know you can't cut and chop on this because silicone is very easily cut. However it is perfect for peeling things on, or grating cheese onto.Also, they make perfect plate mats. Especially on the boat so nothing slips off. I'll probably find many other uses too over time but for the price they are and the multi-functions they could apply to they are a very happy bargain.

I bought these thinking they would fit in my Ninja dehydrator. They’re way too big they’re more oven tray size. I have a large oven but would only get one per shelf.Saying that they’re reasonably good quality for the price, would be easy to clean, not sure how long lasting but are flexible for removal of whatever is in them. If they had fitted I would definitely have kept them.

Easy to clean and stops the mess in my dehydrator

These are good and work well, but... if you are buying them for the Nebula Food Dehydrator (400W with 6 stainless steel trays), they are too big.

I AM WAITNG FOR MY DEHYDRATOR TO ARRIVE. I WILL CERTAINLY REVIEW MY "FRUIT LEATHER" ATTEMPS.

No more greaseproof paper and hoping the fruit won't stick. Cheaper too in the long run. Very happy with product - makes the job so much easier and quicker.Cannot recommend highly enough.

These mats fit my dehydrator shelves, are good for all kinds of mushy or crumbly food, aren't too flimsy, and have no flavour. I've used them to dehydrate applesauce and tomato puree for turning into powders. I dried grated lime peel that would have been too small even for a perforated screen. I dried some herb-salt mixture to make sure it didn't clump. About the only thing I haven't used them for is fruit leather, haha. But they will work well for that too, if you very lightly oil them or use cooking spray to make sure the fruit sheet will peel off in one piece.
