LORAC PRO Soft Focus Longwear Foundation

I will only use this foundation. I was initially off put by how runny the makeup was on application. The top of the packaging for the foundation is a pump which dispenses the product. It is an extremely thin liquid consistency which I ended up really liking because it goes on really thin and doesn’t feel heavy on the face. It does dry pretty quickly though so I will apply small amounts around my face and use a beauty blender to make the product look seamless with my skin. The other thing I love about this product is the matte finish that doesn’t look powdery or cakey ever. As long as you buy the right shade, the foundation is an absolute dream. I get complimented on it but only when someone sees me apply it, because it blends so well people, assume it’s just my skin. That being said this is not a sheer product. It has lasted me three months. It is extremely high coverage but not very “spreadable”. As in you don’t need a lot to cover up really dark hyper-pigmentation but it dries so it doesn’t cover a ton of area. Even so I’ve felt the product lasts me for a very, very long time. Great product and I’ll continue to use it in the future!

My favorite foundation. I buy most makeup at drug stores, so this is my one indulgence. I haven't found anything else (makeup-wise) worth the hype. I'm 56 with average-to-dry skin, so make sure to moisturize before applying, but caking is minimal as long as I don't overdo application. It blends in nicely with my skin tone while covering imperfections. I highly recommend this one.

Great coverage but the smell of the foundation is awful. Not sure if it’s bad or that is just how it smells. Returning

This matches my Lorac Sheer Porefection in shade 5 pretty much spot on. This foundation is very full coverage though unlike sheer Porefection. I do like this as it covers everything, but it almost might be too full coverage and when you get used to sheer foundation, a full coverage foundation starts to look silly. Maybe I would keep for special occasions.It also has a smell which I do not like. Not like a fragrance. It smells like straight up fake tanner. Quite intolerable to have on your face all day! Overall, although I think the shade range and coverage is nice I think I will be returning this and going back to my Sheer Porefection. If I did repurchase this it would probably try in a slightly lighter shade to counteract how full the coverage is. Generally I like to go a little darker and warmer to counteract my natural pink tones and give myself color, but pulling that off with a sheer foundation is a little easier than one as full coverage as this. Coverage was good, wasn't the longest of wearing but not too bad. The shades are terrible, unfortunately. I'm a fair/light neutral undertone, and I tried a few shades with no success. Pass

I've always been a huge fan of Lorac products. They go on the skin smooth and don't cause breakouts. This particular foundation I don't use by itself because it's just missing a little of that creamy consistency so I mix it with another brand and it looks flawless!

I LOVE IT SO MUCH DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR FULL COVERAGE!!!!!
