I bought this as a replacement to my Ice Pod Pro 2.0 and I was not disappointed. Nice thick walls, much deeper than the Ice Pod and I love the steps. This is a total upgrade from the ice pod. The walls are very sturdy and so are the steps. The lid is wonderful and keeps the tub clean. My chiller is not over working and tub has stayed at a steady 60 degrees. Great value and easy to set up.

Very happy with the tub. I have had the tub outside (upper Midwest) since March. Weather has been below freezing and above 80F degrees. The top is sturdy. Other tubs have had issues with bowing out of shape but this one has held shape even when full. Holds temp well and the lid is very sturdy. Still looks brand new.

This is a sturdy tub and retains the cold temperature well. Great customer service as well - one piece arrived defected and they immediately shipped out a replacement part with no questions asked. Works just as well as the big name tubs at a fraction of the price.

Changed to 4 stars, as they were willing to refund my purchase for the issues I was having with seals. Customer support said they were working to find where my tubs QA process failed. Support was great. This is a good tub.

Solid cold plunge and insulates well. I was surprised to find a very useful guide book with general cold plunge info. Very pleased with my choice. I had one concern, it said do not exceed 6 psi or you could damage product. The pump provided had no gauge. No std gauge works so nothing I could do. Also would have preferred 3/4 npt connections but the 1/2” ones work fine. Would definitely buy again!

Update: The seller contacted me and made it right. After exchanging a photo of the problem they quickly sent out a replacement cold plunge. Updating to 5 stars. I still love this product and the customer service was excellent.I loved this plunge for a couple of months. Now the bottom inside layer of the floor has separated at the seam. Since there appears to be two layers, it’s not leaking. But I am draining it out of caution since my plung is setup indoors. I am outside the return window.

This is our 3rd cold plunge tub and is by far the best one yet! We purchased the oversized barrel tub (35 inches tall and 35 inches wide inside wall to wall diameter) instead of the long one because we wanted deeper water to fully submerge & dunk easily that would stay colder with less stress on our chiller and it was a great choice! Very sturdy, very large space to move around even for a 6 foot 5 inch person. I highly recommend this pod.. very well made and you will not need another one for a very long time, if ever. Came with insulated lid with clips to lock it down, steps for in/out, large soak mat, nice duffle carry bag if you want to take it with you, large hand pump, patches in case of a needed repair and a manual with very good information for beginners! We shopped around for months looking for a high quality, extra large insulated pod for a good price and this was it!! You will NOT regret this purchase!
