A potent and simple one a day multivitamin, it come in capsules form; However, they are easy to swallow. The taste is not the greatest and it is an organic taste, and not sugary! It is packed with natural ingredients that meet the daily allowance, which is very convenient for me. I take my supplements in the afternoon with lunch, and it seems to pick me up for the rest of the day, no allergies, no burping, and no gas – like fish oil pills do! I feel safe taking these and to me it is always safer to purchase a product MADE IN THE USA! I find the price reasonable when comparing with other brands; I take 2 each day for lunch!

Well, I liked the idea of buying these vitamins because it seemed to make up for deficits in my diet. I can't prove it empirically either way, but for the money I spent on these vitamins, I could get a year's supply of vitamins from Costco or Sam's.This was a 30 day supply.

Basic multi-vitiman filled with all the daily requirements that a normal healthy adult requires. Came in a capsule, but very easy to swallow. It has a basic taste, but better than other organic vitimans I've tried in the past. Would recommend for anyone that does not require more than the daily allowance.

I usually take a daily supplent and wanted to try these for a month before doing a review.Pros:- Swallows easy with a glass of water- Taste is so-so, but what do you expect, its not loaded with sugar to make it sweet.The Test.I usually can tell if a vitamin actually works when I feel like I am 'hitting the wall'. When I get close to that point in the later part of the afternoon, I take one of these vitamins and in about 20-minutes can feel a slight jolt of sustaining energy. I don't take these after 4pm as that little jolt will keep me awake until midnight.Final Conclusion: It appears to be working and with it being made in USA and of natural ingredients, its a peice of mind. One jar would easily last 2-months me if I only take one pill a day.

I’m one that isn’t big on vitamins because I never seem to notice the effects from taking them. Although I am sure I’m lacking some of the nutrients and vitamins in this blend, so it adds some peace of mind to be taking them. After a few days I did notice a slight boost in energy and an overall feeling of well being. I will continue taking daily as I like the benefits of this brand.
