I have been taking this product for two weeks and from day 2-3, I have felt a noticeable increase in energy. After about a week, my overall body has just felt better. I feel like I’m just overall more well, it’s hard to explain. I attract it to not being nutrient deficient. There are many helpful vitamins and I’m excited about the biotin for my hair and nails. I swear my nails feel stronger but it may be too soon to know for sure. There is a high amount of vitamins according to the label, not just low amounts that won’t help. The ingredients are high quality and levels lead to ss strong capsule. I do taste something when I take it but I can’t explain it, although it’s not bad. It’s not amazing but it’s completely tolerable, it’s just different. I will definitely purchase again as it’s a great value and is already working for me!

Great multivitamin for women. It is easy to swallow and tasteless. I have not had any side effects taking it so far. I like that it adds supplements for immunity, antioxidants and supplements that pertain to just women. It does give you extra energy. I would definately take in the morning. Overall well rounded vitamin/supplement. Good deal for cost.

this is multivitamin it is good. I went to the hospital to do my blood pressure and and the nurse that did my blood pressure before I see the doctor. She said my blood pressure is very good before I was not taking multivitamin. My blood pressure was high up i will continue older this multivitamin on Amazon and I’ve been taking it my blood pressure is very, very good and I am not going to stop buying this multivitamin. The company that make this multivitamin if they can give me a discount on Amazon to continue buying it I will really appreciate them for the help.

Serves purpose,properly represented

I started taking these about a week ago only 1 a day instead of 2 started out ok but now I am having stomach pains and cramps. I was really hoping these would work but am going to have to stop using them.
