Excellent meter
Love this meter so far. Functions well. Bag is pretty good, protects the meter and leads nicely. Would highly recommend to anyone in the field that needs to check motor insulation.

Great meter to upgrade your shop tools.
We needed to upgrade our DVOM in the shop and have found the Fluke 1587 to be the meter I would choose every time.

Soft case not hard case as pictured.
I love the meter. However, they should use a picture of the item that is accurate to what will actually be delivered. It came with a soft case, not the hard one as pictured.

Outstanding Product, perfect for insulation testing... I’m able to accomplish more with the handheld test lead push button vice holding the unit changing setups over and over.High voltage testing and electrical troubleshooting is also a smooth process with all the accessories needed for the job. Definitely recommending to equipment to any Electrical rated technician!

False advertisement. The Ad shows a hard case. It comes with a junk soft case! Very disappointing.
The meter and all of its accessories are of typical FLUKE quality. However, the case is a soft fabric case and an absolute piece of crap. By crap I mean its completely worthless. The partitions do not hold the accessories of the meter that the kit comes with. The size of the AMP clamp pushes the partitions off of its Velcro. The bottom of the partition is not attached to anything so everything falls to the bottom and then creeps it way under the partition, so you might just as well throw the partition away and then toss the $1200 meter and all of your leads in the shitty "cooler like" soft case. Very disappointing from FLUKE. Unfortunately I did not read the comments stating the case was not HARD so I guess that was my fault. The problem is there does not seem to be a case specific to this meter. The hard cases seem to be generic so now the search begins to find something to protect the meter and keep it organized.
