Twinlab Choline Cocktail - Brain Health Support - Energy Supplement for Men & Women - 13.33 oz

Something has to get me moving in the morning & usually its coffee. I learned about this stuff from a healthnut so I bought a bottle at the local vitamin store. Its great, Im gently awake & alert. Not hyper or overstimulated. The biggest thing I notice is that I dont get the afternoon crash/ desperate need for another coffee. I feel just fine, still awake & alert.My friends have tried it & now we take turns buying in bulk on Amazon to get it half the price as at the vitamin shops.The bottles dont last long so I thought maybe if I took vitamin Choline pills it would be the same thing for less money, but that, even when taken with coffee didnt work the same. It must be the combination of ingredients that works so well. Just thought Id throw that in there. I still drink redbull later in the day before exercise. That gives a more powerful energizing effect than this does. Choline cocktail is perfect before work for mellow alertness.

I used this stuff in the 90's and it was amazing. Some say the new formula is different/weaker, but I do not think so. I've started using it again and glad I did. I've tried numerous nootropics over the years and to be honest Choline Cocktail easily equals them. Energy, clarity, better than coffee to be sure. There are lots of supplements out there where "Not sure if it worked or not". This is one where you go "Oh yes it's working!"The newer version does cake profoundly (and can harden into a solid mass if you live in humid climes) - I'm going to put one of those little dessicant pouches in the container to see if that helps.As to the flavor, it's Tang flavor, but Choline naturally has a kind of barfy flavor, you can't really hide it. It doesn't bother me at all. If you've ever taken other supplement drinks or herbal concoctions, this is nothing compared to some of those!When I was in my 30's this stuff was a go-to for a boost. Now I'm in my 60's and it really pulls me out of mental fog periods. Someone else posted about their grandparent with dementia who had great results. I can totally see how it would help. IMHO (not a doctor) it may work as a dementia delayer if taken regularly in your "Golden Years". Do check your BP if you have issues - caffeine, you know!

You have to hide the taste, oj works really well for that. We've been using this product for years, and I am happy to have found it on Amazon a couple years ago. No more ordering it from the nutrition store then having to drive to pick it up. I find that it really boots your brain energy and lasts for hours, great option for when you have had enough coffee, works more smoothly than energy drinks.

I had originally tried the TwinLab - Choline Cocktail II with caffeine before trying this one and i loved it. This TwinLab - Choline Cocktail does not have caffeine and I can see a slight difference. (hence only 4 out of 5 stars) I like the extra boost I got with the caffine a lot better than without. I still got all the vitamins and felt great, I just didn't feel as alert as I did with the one with with caffeine. I will be buying the Choline Cocktail again, just the caffeinated version.

I've been taking this stuff for over 15 years and started taking it back in college when I needed a natural supplement for studying because of my ADD.Back when I was 20 years old and in college I went into a GNC looking for something to help me focus and I ended up getting a product that is a whole lot more than that.Choline cocktail is seriously the natural product of adderall --- this helped me focus when I needed to go study and retain those grades to get my Bachelor degree. Some of the added benefits is it keeps me sharp --- REALLY SHARP!! If your looking for something to keep and prolong your memory then this stuff is great for that.This stuff is a lot more than just Choline - it's also constains all the vitamins needed for your brain to function in it's purest form. It's imperative that your brain gets the supplements needed to protect the Neurons and brains cells that will help you focus and also help your memory.I know some people complain about the taste but that's because most people try to mix it with plain water which I wouldn't recommend. It goes great with juice or a nice hot tea in the morning. I'm literally drinking some before I go to bed in some black tea with Splenda --- it tastes great!I hope Twinlab will keep this product going. It's been harder to get until recently and there's no reason to discontinue a product that clearly has no competition and is used by many. I don't know how I will replace it if I couldn't still purchase it.
