Worked for my application
I needed to add threads to the floor blank blind rivets in my lincoln navigator to install the middle jumper seat. This set had the two sizes I needed and they worked well with just turning by hand. 1/2 trun then back off and go forward again. I used BP blaster oil for lubrication.

Attention mechanics
This set contains the commonly used metric threads. Great for cleaning up metric threads. Must have for auto / maintenence mechanics' toolbox.

A great starter set
The M6 tap is the only one used so far. I found it to be a really great tap. It fit my medium tap handle and did the job in thick aluminum tubing, making a nice clean cut thread. If you have an existing tap set this is a good starter or replacement set. Does not include handle, so you'll have to use one you have or buy one separately. Downgraded one star because it is not titanium coated. Also did not come in the usual box that most things seem to come in these days, so you'll have to add it to whatever kit you have.

Hard to start, but eventually got good threads
Perhaps these should be entitled "bottoming taps" as the initial cutting edges are very hard to get started in a drilled hole. Most taps have slightly tapered introductory cutting edges to allow the threading to get started. These taps start at full surface, making it very hard to get them started in the tap hole. I ended up with blisters on my hand from pushing so hard to get them to take. Perhaps they would work better on a drill press (to provide downward pressure) or in some device that applies pressure while turning.

Cheap and low quality
Theses taps are very low quality and only have 3 flutes. Definitely not for professional use or for a job that matters.

Tried m6. Did the job
Used only m6 so far. Worked well. Slight wearing of bid was noticeable. (Job: license plate installation).
