I always buy jacked factory products , as for there price but mostly their quality.I'm on the keto diet and have to drink lots of water and I usually end up loosing minerals that my body needs like potassium etc. This is great , firstly the flavour is quite nice not over sweet or chemical tasting. I've never suffered with headaches or things with being dehydrated as this keeps me hydrated all day so I dont feel I'll like quite a few people complsne on the keto diet . Theres no calories or sugars in si it's just perfect, it doesnt kick me out of ketosis. If your a athlete or work out this is perfect And the customer service is excellent, I think the best I've ever known. Great product , and great price

I have been suffering with dry mouth and dehydration for a long time even though I drink 72oz of water a day. This product has really helped after a few weeks use. It has no calories, the lemon flavor tastes great and it is perfect for intermittent fasting. The company has good communication confirming the zero calories.Update 4/5/2024The label changed at least two purchases ago showing 5 calories a serving. I’m very disappointed and will now stop my subscription of this product.Update 7/25/2025I since tried many other electrolyte products, this one tastes and performs the best, so I subscribed to it again. I’m over my disappointment of the 5 calories :)

This is the second time I've tried this product. I really enjoy it. I feel it that it does work. I sweat at work and I get in situations where I can't drink much fluids. I will a mix in the morning and one at night. I feel it does help with cramps and dehydration. My daughter has POTs so I've gotten her to try it. So far she likes it but I don't know if it helps with that yet

I purchased this product when starting the Keto diet, knowing that your electrolytes can get out of whack and knowing I needed to be on top of replenishing them daily or face dreaded muscle cramps. I can definitely say that it tastes OK (drinkable but it’s not the best tasting thing I have every drank) and does help for electrolyte replenishment, which is why it doesn’t get one star. But my biggest complaint is that it does not mix well in cool to cold water. Every time I have used it, there is always a large amount of grit that does not dissolve and floats to the bottom. I have shaked and shaked and shaked and shaked again just for good measure and it will not dissolve. I could probably put this stuff in a container, throw it in a paint mixer, and it will still probably not have dissolved. If you enjoy having to do some chewing when consuming liquids, this product may be for you. I have not tried it with any other types of liquids, but I am not a fan of drinking hot water unless I’m drinking tea and I don’t know if the flavoring would allow it to mix well with any other type of liquid. I won’t continue to be using this product (I’ve tried it three times now) and will be trying to find someone to take it off my hands. I would not recommend this to friends. Also just as a side note for anyone doing Keto who may be thinking of purchasing it, it has sucralose in it which is not necessarily something you need/want to be consuming if you’re trying to do strict or lazy Keto, which I found out after the fact.

I tried the HydroSurge because I was extremely pleased with the NitroSurge product offered by Jacked Factory and I was looking for an electrolyte drink. I am usually not a fruit punch fan, but the flavor is very good. I make 2 servings throughout the day, with breakfast and lunch, and it helps me stay hydrated and feel replenished since I workout at 5am. I keep the jar with me in class because I am in school most of the day. A few people have asked to try it and they have all ordered their own, but I have had 2 friends get food poisoning and actually become dehydrated. You can only have so much pedialyte and gatorade has too much sugar, but they actually enjoyed drinking the fruit punch and the three recommended servings made them feel better. Very impressed with the product and will definitely buy again when this one starts running low, especially as we get closer to summer and I will be outside training more. Well worth the small investment!

I've been using this product for a few months now. It does the job of keeping me hydrated during my workouts and the taste is decent. Best of all, it doesn't have artificial sweeteners like acesulfame potassium (which will leave a lingering aftertaste) or the controversial ingredient sucralose.
