Excellent pasta for gluten intolerant people
Amazing pasta for the gluten intolerant humans. You can cook them al dente unlike pasta consisting of rice. Great protein content.

Favorite pasta!
This pasta is great and doesn't turn too soft. Other lentil and chickpea pastas I've tried gets very soft and almost mushy. You may not believe this but.... I can't tell a difference between this and regular pasta. Amazing protein content, quick cook time. Worth the price.

Longer cooking time then advertised
I like the flavor and the fiber content, however the cooking time is much longer than advertised. After cooking these for the 8 or 10 minutes they say, the pasta seemed underdone and unpleasant to eat. After maybe 20 minutes or so of cooking it was very good. After 30 minutes the pasta was as cooked as it was going to get.

Delicious pasta and cooks al dente
This pasta does not overcook. It is very flavorful and has a lot of protein so gives me energy after I eat it. The pasta flavor and mixes easily with everything.

Red Lentil Rotini/Surprised
I would not have tried this if it wasn't for an offer through an app to get points for it. I'm glad it was an offer. I was surprised at how filling it was. I cooked it first, then did the recipe that has cream cheese and the italian cheese mixture with spaghetti sauce & meatballs and baked it topped with bread crumbs. I realize that I didn't try the noodle by itself, but I cooked that part the night before & so the only way would have been to try it at a time I couldn't. The way it was made my family was surprised when as they were eating it, I told them it was made with lentils. It was so filling that even with the 4 of us eating it, we had leftovers.
