Quality bake wear
I love Emile Henry, it's more versatile than Pyrex, not as expensive as Le Creuset, and unlike LC or Staub, it's made in France. This is the only brand I purchase.

This measurements are very deceiving on this rectangular.
This is a beautiful baker, but the measurements in the picture are deceiving. They showed that the baker's measurements were 14"x 9" when I went to order this baker. The actual bottom measures only 11"x 8", the top measures 11.75" inside length without the handles, the width is 8" on either end and 8.75" width in the middle. I am so disappointed! I spent a lot of time trying to get this order correct I was trying to order a 9"x13" size baker and that is what they refer to this baker as being... I am going to have to order the larger size in order to get close to a 9"x13". That size is showing 16.5" x 10.6" across the bottom, it measures 16.75" x 11" x 3.25" across the top of the baker, which includes the handles in the measurement. I question whether the measurements are accurate after my experience with this baker. I checked out measurements on a different style Emile Henry rectangular baker and the bottom measurement is actually 9"x13" and they refer to the baker as a 9"x13". I am confused and frustrated.

Received my lovely new bakeware four days before expected
I have amassed quite a collection of Emile Henry ceramics now--baking dishes, cookware, bread-bakers, and miscellaneous items like utensil, spoon, salt, and garlic keepers. I love each and every one of them! I just received a 9" x 14" baking dish. It is going to be part of my collection of four total baking dishes. I was very excited to receive it 4 days early. It was packaged well too. Others I've received from different sellers have been broken. That's always a hassle when that happens. Now I must find space for them in my cupboards! That's a problem I don't mind having.

Arrived damaged
Arrived with handle broken. I love Emile Henry bakeware, but this item arrived with one of the handles shattered into many small pieces.

Beautiful but not giftable
Baker does not come in an Emile Henry box. It’s just bubble wrapped. So cannot gift this.
