You cut the end of the string (you have to work out which is the right end, usually it's to the right) and pull, the string unzips. Like with a bag of charcoal, or bird seed.

I do not know, I ordered a larger bag then the 10 lb, and it is not $15 more than other places.

What is the arsenic level of this rice

Though I don't think there is anyway to determine the exact amount of arsenic levels in any rice, there have been some suggestions on how to remove it from the outer layers of the grains. For the first method, soak your rice in water overnight. After draining and rinsing your pre-soaked rice, cook it in a 1:5 ratio (one part rice to five parts water), and drain excess water before serving. Cooking it this way is reported to remove 82 percent of any present arsenic. But the rule in any case Soak your rice over night drain rinse with fresh water. Maybe twice just a suggestion.
