I have bought these in dark blue. Now I wonder if they are colour-fast?

I bought them in the bright blue. No transfer of any dye onto anything else.

Do these packing cubes have a handle to carry?

No They are simply to separate and pack items within a suitcase for ease of unpacking or separating items if sharing a case / bag. They are very good quality though. I bought them in 3 different colours for me, husband and child to identify our items
