Very comfortable and durable
I've been using this for almost a year now and it's held up very well even though my husband and I are not small people. Worst damage was from my cat really, it's still sturdy and comfy. I would buy again if I needed to replace it

You get what you pay for
Solid nice chair... not as comfy as my last chair but at half the price what did I expect? The screws to attach the plastic covers are too small.. gave up after 20 minutes trying to thread the hole with a tiny screw that barely showed on the other side of plastic I was fitting.. oh well.. 4 out of 5 stars!

ok well i changed my mind
ok where to start? I brought this chair back in 1/09/2021 - 2/19/2021 which the right side of the chair broke. is a really good chair, IF YOU DONT LEAN BACK FULL WIEGHT. I weight around 223.9 .the metaled used is credit card thin. the wield job is really poor cause that's what broke off bottom right L snapped.had to use JB Wield ( might need a real wielding done to fix it idk this chair is best for young under 150 pounds ( yes its max is 300) but leaning back will break this chair after long use i will take chair apart if i can and show a video wish i would of done the video first then shown the patch job i did to repair it hope this helps everyone out thereUPDATE:Customer support 2/25/2021 replaced the chair that had broken the left side in picture within a week or two ( sent messaged and sent them with pictures of the broken parts and they replaced it and i just got it today 3/03/2021. now the replacement looks a lot better then the one I got :) i am going to keep the broken chair as a back up parts chair ( just to have parts) so yes the turn time for support is really fast i got a message roughly the next day or so within 48 hours :)For The Customer Support i give a 5 of 5Still love the chair

So far so good
Excellent chair but it’s only been assembled for about an hour. Wife and daughter were able to put it together fairly easily and product assembly isn’t their skill set. Price was good as well. Will update if we have any issues. Overall I will recommend this chair and might even get one for myself.

Update: What's your excuse?
Update 8/24: I've had to return another desk chair--different brand--for the same figure mismatch as advertised. In a deeper discussion, convinced that it was user error and putting no fault on the company, the seller informs me that my end-to-end measurement was correct. However, as they "upgraded" the chair lift, the dimensions as advertised on their product page are now incorrect. I am backtracking here. This chair was advertised to have a height adjustment of 13.5 ~ 18.5 inches, but as I had it assembled in my original purchase, the height adjustment was 17 ~ 22 inches. The reason I was given was that there was a factory mismatch. Is this still the case?As of writing, the chair is half-assembled, from wheels to arm rests. According to the dimensions on the product, the seat adjusts from 13.5 to 18.5 inches from the floor. But when I tried to measure it against my desk height, the lowest it sits is 17 inches from the floor. The floor to seat height is significant as my keyboard slider is 23.5 inches from the floor. I need to know what am I missing here or assured that the seat height will adjust lower when fully assembled.

This was the only chair in my son’s room for homework, gaming and relaxing.I’m pretty happy with how the chair held up.He spent full time hours in it.The arm rest material broke down before the seat material, chipping away at the sides. He’s 5’5, 125 lbs.The chair may have lasted longer had I suggested to go over tightening the bolts occasionally etc but he never complained or even told me it was falling apart until I discovered it on my own while wallpapering his room. (I have a very grateful son who doesn’t complain) Also takes very good care of his things.
