Farberware Glide Ceramic Nonstick Saute Pan / Frying Pan / Fry Pan with Lid and Helper Handle - 4 Quart, Black

This is actually the 2nd one I have purchased. This one was a gift to my daughter who was struggling to find a light weight, non-stick, frying pan. Having used this myself for several months, I knew it was perfect for her. Nothing sticks to it. Omlettes and pancakes are a breeze. Cleaning is never a problem. I've thrown out my other frying pans. Next step, replace my pots with something similar too.Btw... Heat distribution is pretty good, considering my stove is not level. This is extraordinary quality, especially for the price. Although, I did have to buy the lid separately.

I have several non stick fry pans with scratched surfaces, so I had to get rid of them. I needed a new one so I went on line to shop for one. When I saw this Farber Ware in the size I needed, at the low price , I ordered it. I have a complete set of Faber Ware that is 32 years old and they still look new. I have had this pan for several months and use it almost every day. The interior of the pan is in great shape and the outside is as new looking as the day I first used it. Needless to say it does a good cooking job.

This pan is a good depth and large enough to do three steaks very easily on the stovetop. It is super easy to clean as well. I only wish it came with a lid.

This pan was purchased for a cooking class, and would work well for a larger family. It is a pan that is used everyday, and thus gets a lot of usage and a lot of treatment by students that aren't always the easiest on cookware.We purchased this pan about a year ago, and the finish is starting to show wear and the non-stick now sticks. We recently purchased a new pan to replace this one but the instructor decided to keep this in the cabinet for high volume day.We have gotten good service and I do give that fact that with students it may not be treated as well as single cook that will be more loving. Our experience is the non stick surface did not hold up as well as some of the other finishes we have used, and are using, but it is still a good pan. The main wish from the start is that we would like to have had a matching lid, however, as a budget pan it does a good job.

Very smooth surface, heats very fast. Can get super hot, we cook at about half heat. High heat great for searing.Great slippery surface, easy to clean. Extra handle makes it easy to lift full pan off the stove.Easy to clean.

This is a very high quality product! You won’t be disappointed to order for yourself or for a gift! It’s a very nice large and deep pan so you can cook as little or as much as you want. The entire pan is of high superior quality and it cooks foods Excellent. Everything slides right out perfectly no stick no mess. I couldn’t be more happy. I’ve cooked everything in this pan from eggs to pancakes to French toast to hamburgers to bacon and even stirfry. It works for everything. It’s absolutely wonderful. It heats evenly and it’s very very safe because it has the handle and the extra one on the other side for holding it securely or even hanging it up to store. It’s very very high-quality. I will absolutely order more products from this company. I would absolutely order this product again or give it as a gift! You can certainly order this pan with confidence!
