Excellent with Dell Products but be careful with HP
Like many docks, this one works perfectly with the same family of products, notably my Dell XPS 13. The Thunderbolt connector supplies power and supports 2 monitors as advertised. My unifying receiver for the keyboard and mouse works just fine as well, and I can tap the power button to wake up my PC. However, with an HP Z Book, the wakeup feature doesn't work and if you plug the unifying receiver to one of the dock's USB ports, there is a significant lag and tapping a key may result in multiple repeated characters.

Worked great for 2 months
I have had this docking station for right around 2 months now. It worked great for the first 6 weeks. Lately, the USB inputs on the docking station do not work at all and speakers plugged into docking station don't work at all. The display still works most of the time although there have been a few times where i have had to unplug the docking station and restart computer just to get the monitor to work.I have gone to Dell's website and tried updating drivers and things for this dock, but USB and sound still doesn't work. It is incredibly frustrating. If you are willing to pay a couple hundred bucks for something that isn't going to work very long then get this product. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

Trash. Do not buy. USB ports do not work.
This product is absolute trash. Does not work as advertised and is not compatible with the models that it is supposed to be compatible with. My company has a bunch of these and I bought one for home use. No one has working USB ports. NO ONE. This is a key feature for a docking station. Mine also randomly shuts off. Should have returned it the moment I got it. Absolute trash and way overpriced.

Infuriating
I have had this dock for about a week now. Set it up a few days ago. It worked OK initially (after a couple attempts to get it to work with my Dell compatible laptop) but it crashes repeatedly and then does not restart. I use for business and I cannot rely on it. Sometimes I cannot even get it to restart without repeatedly unplugging and replugging etc. Right now, its dead. A few days gentle use and its dead. Worthless.

Works like a charm
Product pushes to 27-in monitors as well as a 50-in plasma with no problem. I use it for work and also for I'm just playing videos from my computer to the large screen via HDMI

As advertised. Works great.
Got this for home office to match the one I use at work. It makes it easy to transfer laptop back and forth. Works great.

Awesome dock but make sure your laptop is compatible before buying
Works great! Just make sure your laptop is listed under the compatible models and download and update to the latest drivers and firmware from Dell's site.
