New GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition WJEC Eduqas Exam Practice Workbook: perfect for the 2025 and 2026 exams (CGP WJEC Eduqas GCSE Food Prep)

I bought this for our daughter to help her revise for her GCSE food-tech exam. She said it was very helpful.

This guide was ideal for my year 9 child, who has now began preparing for a Catering GSCE. It complements learning very well and is easy to use. What makes the guide relatable is twofold. Firstly, it is written in a friendly way, with entertaining language used to make lighter of an important proposition. This makes working with the workbook easier, though the practice questions are still serious.The questions are well laid out, presented in a clear fashion. The font used is very clear and the questions, highlighted in blue, are easy to pick out,The start of the workbook offer guidance around preparation and styles of answer. These pages offer critical advice and a great for parental support too. The rear of the book contains a solid set of answers to posed questions, and every page has a place to highlight where revision is key. These are in a place that allows quick and easy access, to prevent trawling through the workbook looking to inspiration on what to revise.Extra paper is required for some of the answers to keep the book lightweight - this is not an issue at all. I can't find any fault with this workbook - recommended.

Really useful exam practice book for GCSE food prep and nutrition as expected from CGP. Well laid out and plenty of relevant practice content included. My GCSE studying teenager approves although I will have to order the accompanying study guide for the full effect.Good value at £5.77 (at the time of writing this review), no complaints.

My daughter is really into her cooking, choosing it as a gcse subject at school.She was really happy to receive this book to help her with her study.Good price, for something which should prove to be invaluable.Recommended

My daughter has just moved into year 10 and is working towards her GCSE in food preparation and nutrition. I wanted to get something that would help her understand what is required when she takes her exam.This book is great, it sets out how they mark the papers and what the examiners are looking for. It contains an example with points to help my daughter understand how best to answer a question.She's read this book and started looking at the past exam papers contain in it. I really feel it gives her a head start towards her exam in 2021.
