Burned me and left me with PIH
I bought this product in June of 2022 after walking into bluemercury and talking to a sales associate about a recommendation to help clear blackheads on my nose and cheeks. This sales associate swore that the M61 Power Spot pads would solve all my issues and that I could use it all over my face, neck and decollete. I used the product approximately once a week on just my face to begin and didn't see any improvement but also no reactions. One evening, I brought the exfoliating pad onto my neck and decollete, as it had been stated to me that was safe to do and the packaging also said that, and it was the biggest mistake and regret I have. I immediately began to feel a burning sensation and started to wash the product off with water, but the burning persisted. For the following week after this night, I began to flake and peel and was left with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I used this product ONLY ONE TIME ON MY NECK, and now been dealing with the PIH for over 18 months with no resolve. I write my story to be a cautionary tale of using this product and trusting what the sales reps and the packaging said. If you are a woman of color, stay away from this, if you have sensitive skin, stay away from this, there are better products out there to give you safe exfoliation and avoid permanent damage which I fear I now have.

Worth the $$$?
These are wonderful! I was given a few from a frend to try out (i was pretty skeptical anything would help my acne) and noticed a difference very quickly in how fast my face cleared up, and stayed clear. When I ran out, I had a few new pimples after only two days. Since these are so dang expensive, I have been cutting each pad into 4 and keeping them in a sealed container. Seems to be working well so far!
