This is probably one of the best books I have read regarding weight training. At my age, I have not interest in trying to compete, just learning the routines and techniques.

Good read and very useful training information
While the information is somewhat dated due to its publish date, but it is a solid read for anyone looking for knowledge on how to body build. Nothing better then learning from the greats.

Best Bodybuilder Book of All Time
I wish they would reprint this book. It is from the father of modern bodybuilding Joe Weider. The principles of bodybuilding or as repellent then as they are today. A man who was way ahead of his time. A must have for anyone working on weightlifting.

A fairly good book that goes into depth about body building
Like the other Joe Weider books, there is alot of information about bodybuilding for either the novice or the advance. However the pictures are misleading, because one cannot get the same result without using drugs.
