The beans sprout very quickly as we soak them. That's evidence of a living bean. Other beans that are desiccated with glyphosate don't spout and are dead food and poison. Integrity.

Glyphosate free garbanzo beans
I eat a lot of hummus. It's my favorite. The ingredients that you use can make a huge difference. I have been ordering these chickpeas for years - first directly from the seller on their website and then here on Amazon. These dried peas are fantastic. They do not have a chemical taste to them. I am willing to pay a little more to support this family farm and to avoid the glyphosate on the product. I highly recommend Be Still Farms!

Really delicious chickpeas
I have to say these are the best dried chickpeas I have ever had and I have tried quite a few. I have many different recipes that I make using chickpeas but the two that require dried ones are falafels and raw hummus. I made both with these and I can really Tate the difference especially in the hummus. I soaked them for two and a half days and you can just see how fresh they are. Really wonderful.UPDATE: I still LOVE these chickpeas. They are by far the best of any I have tried. AND they have created a much stronger bag to ship them in which is great! Love this company and this product.
