Blendercleanser® Solid Charcoal Scented Sponge & Brush Cleanser

I Would NOT Even think of Cleansing my Makeup Brushes with ANY other Product! This takes out Everything from Pigment to Bacteria and Anything in Between. I have Also Recently Learned this is Excellent to use for Taking out a Stain on Clothes or on ANY "FABRIC" Surface! I was Recently at my Sons and my Granddaughter got a Stain on her Shirt; it Lifted the Stain right before my Eyes! I also Spilled Coffee on their NEW Cream Colored Cloth Sofa, I took my Beauty Blender Cleanser and the Coffee Stain came Right Out!

This is so easy to use. No more mixing up a soap solution to wash my make up brushes. This is kind of a one-stop shop for washing all my make up brushes with no clean up needed. Plus, I can travel with it and not have it count toward my liquids for TSA.

I've used all kinds of makeup sponges in the past, including the BeautyBlender. To be honest, I usually use another, much cheaper type I have a subscription to on Amazon that is about equal to this sponge (see recommendation below if interested). I bought this set mostly to get the case and solid sponge cleaner.I was blown away by how much better this soap/cleaner is than facial/hand/dish soap which I have reluctantly used in the past as a substitute. It's also much better than the liquid version I have used by this brand before. The main downside is that it is messy, and I'm still trying to figure out the best way to store it between uses. I could use the case, but I prefer not to until the soap is dry.The other slight downside is that the case is not great to use for the sponge if your sponge is still damp since it doesn't breathe as well as other mesh-like ones do. Still, it will keep it protected if you need to throw it in a travel bag/purse and you can always use the cleaner to freshen up the sponge, which is kind of the whole point of this set anyway.Pros:Travel friendly!Cleans effectively- I will definitely buy the cleaner again- even the more expensive full sized version.Attractive case- love the pink and black!Cons:Not quite AS breathable as some cases- I recommend using a BB stand/nest to set the sponge on to dry before putting back in the case ideally.EDIT: is better than I originally thought after using for travel. I have updated the rating accordingly.Expensive if you're buying the BB brand sponges as replacements every 3 months at least as recommended. I use the one by Aesthetica Cosmetics (Beauty Sponge Blender) and in my personal opinion it is just as good, and usually under $4 so I recommend trying it if you're looking for a cheaper option.

It cleans brushes very well. The silicone pad and soap even get heavy duty foundation off my brushes. It is just really small, but perfect for travel.

I bought this stuff back in 2022 and still have a tiny bit left - and it's my saving grace. I bought another brand (eco tools) when I started running low that was cheaper and it proved to be less effective than this stuff. The other brand couldn't work up as good of a lather to get deep enough into the bristles, especially when I got to my densely packed foundation brush. I always have to take the tiny bit that's left of this product out to get it completely clean. Moral of the story, I'm going back to this stuff because it just can't be beat. Nothing compares to saving time washing your brushes versus several washes with the other brand (and it's still not clean).

I’m glad I took the risk and ordered these. They are as good as the spendy beauty blenders. I am saving a lot of money this way!!!! Also, a great tip is if you use Grandpa’s Thylox Soap to clean them you will have a cheap way to clean them that keeps them free off germs and bacteria and fungus!!! That’s also available on Amazon.

This soap not only cleans my sponge but smells heavenly. I use Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation, which notoriously sticks in every brush and sponge it touches! I use this soap daily and dry onto paper towel’s and my sponge lasts months not weeks.
