メーカーの対応が…
子供の授業用に購入しました。保証期間内にキーボードのキー2つほどが押しても反応しづらくなり修理に出したら、「検証中にその症状は出なかった」との返答があり修理無しで返却されて来ました。その後１ヵ月程で症状は悪化し10個程のキーがまったく反応しなくなってしまい再度修理依頼をしたら、「保証期間を過ぎたので修理代が発生する」との事で金額も高額な見積もりだったため、納得がいかず修理を諦めました。メーカーさんが保証が切れるまで逃げ切ったという印象しか私は持てなかった。タッチパネルでやり過ごしていましたがその後3か月で充電すら出来なくなりました。私が今まで購入したPCの中で最も短命でした。

なぞの動作音
ファンの音もそうなのだが、キュルキュルというCPU音？がし、わりとうるさい。ページのスクロールでも音がするし、ファイルの解凍でもする。SSDだからHDDのヘッド音でないはず。なにこれ？
