Affordable good quality sketchbooks
Two hardcover bound sketchbooks for around $10 is a solid deal. The paper seems to be of a good quality as well, would recommend. Only thing I don't like is the sticker on the front but it peeled off without leaving much residue.

Great Deal, Great Sketchbook
As someone who's constantly looking for the right sketchbook, I've learned what kind of paper I want. The paper seems to have two textures, the front being more smooth than the back. I found it perfect for alcohol markers, cause as you can see from the photos, it didn't bleed through to the next page no matter how much I layered (although I still recommend scrap paper just in case). There was some places where the marker ate at the paper, but that was with water-based markers. It really is best for dry mediums like pencil and fineliners (heck, even glitter pens work on here), and I wouldn't use water, these pages buckle and get a rougher texture. I would advise that the spine did start breaking on me, but I am the type to carry my sketchbook in a bag when I'm going out.All in all, I am definitely buying more once I finish these two (did I mention filling 220 pages can take some time? I've had this for 8 months and I'm still on the first book, ha ha), love them and hope there's other sizes cause these are nice to work with.

USELESS, DO NOT BUY! Paper is perforated, pages fall out. The spine broke within a week!
5 stars is a joke. Just to warn you from buying.I have boughten so many sketch books over the years, these are the worst. There was no mention in the description that the pages are perforated, they start to tear out as you flip through the book and sketch. It makes the sketching area of your work even smaller. What's worse is the spine broke within a week. Now the entire book is ruined.Yes, removing the sticker will also tear your cover. It's true.If I had known that the pages were perforated I would have never bought these. Not a good value. Waste of money and my sketches.

Very nice notebook and sketchbook!
I really love these. Very sturdy, great paper weight and professional. I am an architect and use for notes and sketching. I recommend a label that does not remove the cover paper. Other than that, I will purchase again.

Great Blank Journal
I have a leather journal cover that I purchased at our local Renaissance Festival, and these journals fit perfectly.

Very good product but..
This product was amazing. My daughter loved it, although the spine of the book ripped and although it didn’t affect the book it was still well made!

If you're an inker, it does not smudge or bleed when erasing the under sketch!
First off, this is my absolute favorite sketchbook, the one I will swear by. Second off, I'm extremely picky when it comes to paper type. I do traditional commissions at conventions so paper type is extremely important when it comes to the tools I use. The paper has to be WHITE, not yellow or beige (ew ugly); it also has to withstand my Micron pens and Prismacolor Jet Black marker. And this little book does the job! The paper is really absorbent of marker, so there's no ink/marker smudging when erasing my pencils (when dry but it only takes a minute to dry). I honestly don't know what I would do if this company ever stopped making them lmao. I buy these books in bulk haha.As for using it as an actual sketchbook...I honestly just rip off the paper from it's binding (it's glued and sewn together, but the thread is easily removable and the glue peels easily so it's no problem taking it apart). I then just use a paper cutter to to get single 5.5" x 8.5" pages. Haha, it's a little work but I love this paper type sooo muuuch for traditional commissions!!

Great Value
These little 4x6 sketchbooks are perfect for my journaling uses!Just an FYI for those of you looking to purchase these, when I received mine the covers were glued on kind of lopsided and would not have held up well. I didn't want the covers though, so I tore them off and recovered them in cotton calico fabrics I have. It worked wonderfully and now I have a beautiful little set of calico diaries! The paper is so creamy and smooth, perfect for writing with papermate flair pens, ballpoints, pencil, or even fountain pens if done carefully. I am definitely getting more sets of these to cover in other fabrics!
