Q: Anyone have issues with a wobbly fan? This PSU runs extremely silent, however the fan wobbles ever so slightly and causes a rubbing/rattling sound.

NOTE: This answer pertains to the 500W SFX-L model only. I hate to say it but you're not alone. Check out some of the 1 and 2 star reviews. Also if you google this particular PSU you will find others complaining about the noise (clicking/rattling/buzzing etc). The good news is the problem is an anomaly and only occurs in some of the units being shipped. Others claim their PSU makes no noise at all. In my case I also noticed the wobbly fan but as it turns out my PSU made the same noise even when the fan was not running. Another reviewer described it as sounding like a hard drive doing read writes and hearing the hard drive activity. That's actually a pretty good description of what I was hearing. Fortunately I noticed the problem within days of receiving it, and also fortunate because I purchased mine from Amazon. Amazon made the exchange process for a new one as painless as it could be. Thanks Amazon!

Q: Are the pin-outs of the 500w SFX-L the same as the Silverstone SFX's? I have cables that fit the older SFX ,and want to use it for the new 500 SFX-L.

Yes, they are interchangeable. Replaced a few older SFX's with a newer SFX-L without problems.

Q: Does this include the power cables plug into wall outlet?

Yes. That said, I would look elsewhere, as mine died within a week. I opted for the FSP Dagger which imho is a much better unit.
