I had high hopes for this product, but it didn't work for me. It did nothing for the bloating. I actually feel like it made things worse. I stopped taking it. Waste of money since it can't be returned.

In a world where you have no idea what your digestive support supplement was cultured in, this is a great relief. To my knowledge, it does not contain any live bacterial culture additions. Which is OK because if given the proper enzymes, your small intestine & colon should be able to culture the exact amount of needed co-existing-bacteria. Contains all the digestive enzymes your system creates. I take one before each meal. Since using for four days, I have had less visits to the bathroom (for that special visit that is) stool is visibly more solid, & I feel that more energy & nutrients from my food is being absorbed. Since it appears to be reducing all bowel irritation, gas levels appear to be lower, which has made my tummy appear smaller & flatter. I highly recommend these. Will comment on immune system & long term benefits after a few months of using.

I have Pancreatic Insufficiency and was looking for a vegan alternative to the pig based CREON. This seems to be working for me so far.

I have a bit of a "lemon" of a digestive system. It functions "sub-par", especially compared to my husband, mother, and sisters. It's a bit slow and a bit picky...a bit prone to heartburn at time. I guess any type of digestive support enzymes would work but, as a vegan, I choose Deva's VEGAN Digestive Support. It works well. I've used it for over a year now and will continue to do so.

Pepper hurts my belly.. I am not a fan to have heart burn after taking this. I recommend taking it with heavy foods.
