Diary of a Madman

Offcourse blizzard is the best, but this album produced lots of great tracks too. Ozzy fans would have own it already. The 180g remastering does not really affect the soud quality however.

This is an excellent album,the last with legendary guitarist Randy Rhodes. The album is awesome with some of my favorite songs Tonight is just a masterpiece right there alone. The song will put shivers up your spine. The song you Can't Kill Rock&Roll is just the perfect anthem that to me is the best song for the metal community as a killer song. Diary of a Madman is a hauntingly creepy song that is amazing. Great guitar work on these songs S.A.T.O. is awesome. Believer is an amazing song that highlights Randy Rhodes insane guitar abilities. Over the Mountain is just such a great song everybody knows this song as well as Flying High Again these songs are classic oldschool Ozzy.The drums are heavy and pounding and there keyboard work just add an extra layer of awesome to it. This is a classic album for all metal fans and fans of oldschool classic Ozzy. Check out Bark at the Moon & Blizzard of Ozz especially Blizzard. That is the intro to Randy with Ozzy after he quit with Quiet Riot. Great album must hear must own.

Everything I have on vinyl, I have on CD and/or Flac. Nearly 100% of the time, vinyl sounds better than either.I have this album in hi-res Flac on my Galaxy and I listen often with high end earbuds (XM5 currently) or on pioneer car stereo. I'm not sure this record is a remaster because it really sounds like a digital rip on vinyl. Maybe it's limited by the original recording, I don't know. Just wasn't blown away by this vinyl like I normally am.Still a great record though.

Everything about it is worth every penny. Great seller, will go back.
