A Gift That’s Equal Parts Cute and Clever
If you're shopping for a preschooler who’s teetering between “adorably curious” and “tiny chaos goblin,” this set? A lifesaver. These Montessori-style math toys managed to do what a whole Pinterest board of activities couldn't: hold their attention while actually teaching them something. The set includes number blocks, flashcards, a wooden board with a counting side, and a genius writing practice side that’s got deeper grooves for little hands learning how to write. My cousin’s kid lit up like it was Christmas morning and snack time when we opened it — and honestly, I kinda did too. It’s tactile. It’s bright without being overstimulating. And it’s built from real wood, so it doesn’t feel like it’ll snap the first time someone (accidentally) steps on it barefoot. Bonus points for the non-toxic paint, because yes, they will try to taste-test the number 8 at least once.Whether you’re looking for something to support homeschooling, quiet-time learning, or the kind of gift that says “I love you and I support your early math literacy,” this one is a slam dunk. It’s been a hit in our family — colorful, educational, screen-free joy in a box.

Math Fun
This toy is just as described. It is perfect for teaching number recognition and quantity correspondence with fingers. My 4-year-old loved manipulating the fingers and matching quantity. It is awesome that you can start with basic math skills and increase its use for more complex addition and subtraction. The size is perfect for its purpose and stores away easily.

Back in My Day We Had Rulers—Now They’ve Got These Fancy Counting Toys
Back in my day, we counted in our heads—no fingers, no gadgets. If you got it wrong, the teacher gave you a good whack with a wooden ruler. Now they’ve got these colorful contraptions for counting. Soft kids these days probably won’t need math anyway, but I suppose it keeps them occupied.Keeps the young ones busy, so I can enjoy my coin collection shopping channel in peace.Bright and engaging, though I can’t say I understand all the fuss.Seems sturdy enough, not like the toys we had, but it’ll do.In summary, while I don’t see the need for such devices, it serves its purpose.Rating: 5 starsKeeps the kids entertained and out of my hair—can’t ask for more.

Good aide to visually demonstrate arithmetic to toddlers, missing some advertised activities
Got this to introduce basic math to a toddler and to help with writing numbers. It came with 10 cards that have different problems on the front and back. Wood seems sturdy but the edges could use a little sanding. The stand is a bit flimsy. Bummed the back of the board did not come with the number tracing examples as shown in the video.Liked the idea of this product but the execution could be better.

I didn't get exactly what they advertised
I was excited when I ordered this for my Pre-K child. I was looking forward for all the features that it had, but sadly it overpromised and underdelivered. What I received did not look like the photos or the box. The wooden edges are quite sharp, so I'll need to sand it smoothly myself. Also, the video showed that there were numbers that were engraved on the back so that the kids could trace the numbers - that didn't exist. Disappointed.

Brightly colored plastic Counting, Adding, Subrtracting, Teaching Tool and TOY
Super FUN, highly malleable teaching tool makes math seemlike fun ( shhh ) .. oh wait. MATH IS fun! Especially with this!!Bendable fingers on the hands pattern how to use your digits as.. well, DIGITS that can be added or subtracted.Learning by DOING is the trick this tool/toy teaches. Well made, it’s easily bendable and should last a long time if well cared for. We will treat this brightly colored plastic as something to be given a new home after our use of it and encourage others to help us keep it in use or properly recycled, so these parts don’t pollute the planet.

Great learning manipulative
This is a great educational toy for kids to use to help them in math. This manipulative is great for counting number, addition, and subtraction. It comes with math cards and number blocks to help them practice. The hands are made of felt and have velcro on each finger so they can put fingers down as they count one by one or to do a math problem from the cards provided. Its also made up good quality wood so it will last longer
