Very fresh
My turtle loves these. They are so fresh that they crunch when he eats them. They are extremely healthy for my turtle. I have bought other brands that are vey tough and my turtle will swim away from them but he crunches every one of these. The price is very good.

Great Treat for Reptiles!
Fluker’s Freeze-Dried Crickets have been a hit with my pet gecko! The crickets are high-quality, with no unpleasant smell, and my gecko loves them. They’re easy to use and store, making them a convenient alternative to live feed. I also appreciate that they’re rich in protein and nutrients, which is great for my pet’s health. My only gripe is that they can be a bit crumbly, so some crickets break apart in the jar. Still, this is a fantastic product for reptile owners who want a hassle-free feeding solution. Definitely worth trying out!

Hermit crabs - yes
I keep them in the freezer, dump a few in a ziplock and crush them. The hermit crabs eat them. They eat this over meal worms - when I try to mix the two they still pick the shrimp out. So yes to these shrimp for hermit crabs

5 stars
I hope this review is showing five stars (the app won't let me highlight more than the last four). At any rate, these are my hedgie's favorite. All other brands are suboptimal, apparently, and so are the live ones. He absolutely lights up when he hears them land in his bowl, and they've been a long enough staple that i don't fear he'll ever tire of them.
