Great taste.
I think I have tried all of the Trubar flavors now except for the strawberry shortcake. And all of them taste good. My favorite is the birthday cake although I believe it is a special edition flavor. I also was pleasantly surprised with the key lime. I read another review where someone said it did not have a good taste, but I feel it does. A nice light refreshing flavor. Here is a picture of what they look like out of the package for anyone who is wondering. The texture is moist and chewy, not crunchy so if you're looking for crunchy this would not be for you. Another flavor I really love is the peanut butter and jelly. It doesn't have a strong flavor, but just enough for you to feel like you are eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I highly recommend these for a treat. I am trying to watch sugar gram content and these hit the spot. Sometimes I have a couple of bites and then a couple of bites later in it gets me through the day for a snack and a sweet treat

High protein low sugar
These are the best protein bar I found. Plant Base mean low sugar and high protein. My granddaughter has started eating plant base so she has her favorite flavor. My daughter is on dialysis with type 2 diabetes so we have these to help for both needs. Myself I love the flavor and the lasting power.
