9+ Live Ramshorn Snails Aquarium or Pond, Algae Clean Up! Shipped Daily!

Our snails were delivered less than two hours ago, and all TEN (bonus snails must have snuck in there!) are already out of their shells and actively booking around the tank! I admit, I panicked at first. I followed the acclimation instructions, and when I first added a bit of water, four of the snails immediately dropped out of their shells and just dangled there. I thought they were dead! It turned out they were just that eager to start swimming around in their new water, but whew! That first moment of panic really got me, lol. The snails are happy, we are happy, and all seems good now. Thank you!

I hate to have to leave this review but i want others to be aware.Ive ordered snails online in the past and it was always a success, healthy growing snails for YEARS from different company's.But this time was such a disappointment.Originally my order was shipped on may 6th, expected on may 10th. The 10th came and no snails and my tracking said "delayed" then pushed out to may 16th. I messaged the seller questioning the quality of the snails if they were in the mail that long. They claimed they sent new ones out, but i was still to recieve them on the 16th. When I got the snails they seemed to all float and throughout time they started moving few and far. Mind you, these snails were TINY! After letting them adjust In a small bowl, i added them to the tank (well adjusted tank) and within 24hrs, alot of them died. I have 3 still hanging strong but unfortunately all others have floated to the top, dead. The 2 hr demand window that the seller allows for refunds is crazy. Especially with how sketchy there delivery was in the first place. I will never order from this company again. Would be different if they would have been a bit more sympathetic to the delivery issue as well, because it was all super ironic that they sent out a "new" batch expected on the 16th but my other ones that got sent out on the 6th, was also to be expected in the 16th and I only got one package. We're they the same ones sent out on the 6th? Funny. Anyways. I wouldn't suggest waist money nor time with this company.

I didnt expect most of them to survive the shipment, and of course, the carrier never followed my instructions to leave the package near my door rather than in a locker outside where it is hot, BUT most of them survived and very quickly came out of the shell and started munching away.

Very nice Snails! Colorful and healthy. Arrived quickly and healthy. The only suggestion I have, please use ‘Live Fish’ or something on the box as USPS and left in a postal box instead of at my door. Had I not been diligent watching for delivery I would have missed it.

So far so good! Everyone looks to still be alive about 20hrs in. Originally panicked because they looked to be too cold and were all tucked in their shells in the paper towel, but i put them in the warm aquarium water (in the bag) to float and warm up at a good pace and they all survived 🥰 10 little buddies of varying sizes and colors 🥰 we got a chonker, a baby, and one with a super red body 🤣 Unfortunately, I did find a little red worm thing and a bug like thing so always check for parasites before transferring to your established tank. Also several of the snails appear to have cracked shells but they are still alive and very happy anyway.

First they look NOTHING like the picture! They are all tiny brown reg. Snails. 2nd they got lost in the mail and I contacted the seller who told me that he would send more right away. Which he did NOt! I was more worried about the snails and rightfully so, when they finally arrived, after 14 days, the envelope that they were sent in was soak and the bag inside was popped. Only 3 survived ! DO NOT BUY

I received around 15 snails of varying sizes and colors. All were transported alive (styrofoam pieces covered all 4 edges of the box they arrived in) and had healthy shells. I placed them all in my 2 gallon tank that had live red root floaters, a long leafy one I do not know the name of, and 2 guppies. Despite there being plenty of uneaten fish food and algae hanging around, the snails went STRAIGHT for the red root floaters and killed almost all of them. They chewed holes all in my other plant and seemed to endlessly eat. They even laid eggs on the side of the glass (small white cluster of spheres) within days of putting them in the tank. I ultimately took them all out and dedicated a tank to them with set feeding hours and no live plants…You will read online that ramshorn snails do not eat plants. That’s a huge lie, because they demolished mine! They absolutely served their purpose lol, just be very cautious placing these with live plants.
