Didn’t realize how much I was missing this changed quite a few things, especially energy it doesn’t smell bad. It does have a white slight taste.But I think it was most effective

Helps my brain. I'm 67 and since I've been talking this my brain is so much better.
I use it everyday. I put it in water or milk. Doesn't taste that bad. If I miss a dose I feel it. I start to feel sluggish. I already have bought this a few times. Yes I recommend it.

Good for value but terrible taste
Perfectly fine for a good price but the taste is absolutely terrible. You’ll have to mix it with something. If you mix it with orange juice you can’t taste it. But still, the taste was a deal breaker for me.
