Great weight bench for home use. Very sturdy & easy to adjust positions. make sure when the knob pin clicks in the holes to adjust the seat or recline then you tighten the knob by turning it to the right till tightens. please put the SAFETY PIN in once the bench is open fully. Once I got use to setting my bench up it takes me 1minute. It's a bit heavy for a young lady to move it around since there are no handles. Its 34 lbs. Beware of the people who say the welds may break. Just like saying the sky may fall. I am a welder on I beams; the welds are strong enough for it use. The welds have to pass inspection for its weight loads. Some people just like to complain.

Easy to assemble, solid padding and construction. Super low price compared to sporting goods stores. I literally bought this on Amazon while in an Academy sporting goods store where they wanted $199 for a similar one.

For the price (if you get it on sale) it does the job. Strong enough for workouts, comfortable enough to use for a long period of time. Easy instructions and all tools included to build. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the "Flat storage" feature it supposedly has. I build it exactly as the instructions says it to but yet whenever I fold it up, it does not go as flat as pictured. Idk if I'm doing something wrong but either way it doesn't go as flat as promised. Its also a hassle to adjust/flatten to store due to the mechanisms requires screwing. Every. Single. Time. Like I get it, I didn't expect to get a whole Gym style adjust on the fly type bench for the price but come on, I expected something easier than having to screw it up/down every time I need to try something different. All in all I am happy with my purchase. But its not worth full price. If you can, get this on sale.

These welds look very sloppy and the poor quality construction makes them potentially dangerous. If this weld were to break during use, it could lead to serious injury. I hadn't heard of this brand and only wanted to try it because he was cheapIf you want a safe and reliable product, I highly recommend you look for alternatives that weld better. This product is simply not reliable.

This bench is great! The seat is well padded. It doesn’t feel cheap. The metal is a good quality. If I had to say anything for improvement it would only be the adjustable knob's should be pull out instead of twist to change. Also I wish it had leg lift extensions but that’s not their fault. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have mixed feelings about the pre-construction of this product. The connecting brace for step C, part G, was installed backward at the manufacturer. I had to take the piece apart and flip it to the right so that I could put the pin in the holes on the leg because it was backwards. Most people would've just sent the entire bench back as a defective product and asked for a refund, but I saw the fix and applied it using the two wrenches that came in the box. Now the bench is structurally safe. Please check the other benches to make certain that they're fabricated correctly.

Few things exceed my expectations. Since this product did, I felt compelled to write a review about it. Considering the price, I thought it would be somewhat cheaply made. To my surprise, it was good enough to be used commercially. It was sturdy, well made and easy to adjust. I really love this product!
