I discovered this texture hairspray through a content creator on TikTok who has much shorter hair than I do. She recommended using it right after a shower—spraying it from roots to ends, then scrunching with a cotton towel to create waves, and letting it air dry. I tried it exactly as she suggested, and it worked really well—even without using any other products like leave-in conditioner.On its own, this spray gives me soft, natural-looking beach waves. If I add other products, like leave-in conditioner, the waves aren’t as defined—they end up softer and less wavy. So for best results, I use it solo. I rotate between this and a leave-in conditioner depending on the look I’m going for, which makes it feel like a great value for the money.Another bonus is the scent—it smells absolutely amazing. Love this stuff. It will hold the waves in my hair without my hair being sticky, crunchy, tacky or dirty feeling. I don't know what it uses to do this, but it is not saltwater, which I hate in my texturizers. It has a pleasant fragrance and will last all day. And the next day all I have to do is spray water on my hair and scrunch it up and the waves will reactivate, although I will add a little more to make it more wavy. I do not have curly hair, I have very fine, wavy, uncontrollable hair (started after menopause) and this helps to tame it and give my waves structure. I bought this size to try it, and now I want the full size bottle of it. I can't speak as to how this will act on really curly hair, but if your hair is very wavy, I definitely recommend trying this. I was not expecting anything great, and I expected the usual tacky feel of texturizing sprays, and this had a very surprising result. While my hair is not completely soft with this, it's not crunchy either. After it dries, you can go back and rescrunch it to soften the waves some. I will be buying more in the future.

I have wavy hair, but after sleeping on them, they straightened out. This morning I use the product for the first time on my dry hair and it revived my waves. Not a fan. Was hoping for a spray that would add a little umph to my hair but it made my curls feel dry and straw like. Smell wasn’t great either. But it may work for someone who has straight hair and on the oily side.

When my hair is frizzy I just spray some of this in my hair and scrunch and go! I take it traveling with me for easy hair days. I’m unsure about the smell. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it. But I love the ease of fixing a bad hair day so I will use this all up and purchase again.
