Does an iPhone 7plus fit ?

I have never owned an iPhone, so can't answer specifically to that, but can offer this information -- A Samsung Galaxy S9 (approximately 6 inches x 3 inches) fits easily in the top and middle pockets of the larger bag. It is a bit too high to allow zip-up on the bottom pocket. It fits the top pocket of the small bag, but needs to be placed carefully in order to get in the pocket since the zipper doesn't open the full width. Once in the pocket, the zipper closes fully. I hope that helps a little.

Are these firm or flexible? Would prefer my tickets not get bent up...

Very flexible They are soft nylon that can hold quiite a bit. If they are in a purse they stay flat for tickets. I had 2 passports and 2 different currencies plus some credit cards in the largest one and could have put more in it.
