My cholesterol was in that borderline zone a few years back but exercise and healthier eating helped get it back on track. Despite having only 1 gram of sugar, these gummies taste great. There's a sweet citrus flavor. I had problems taking statins so I was excited about trying these gummies. They have 2 grams of Plant Sterols & Stanols per serving. That's right in line with the recommended 1.5–2.4 grams to help reduce LDL cholesterol levels by 10%. I know that Plant Sterols & Stanols can cause diarrhea or upset stomach in some people but I had no issues with taking these. These are easy to chew down after my supper every evening. It's hard to measure effectiveness with out taking cholesterol tests before and after but I feel great. They are a little pricey but spending less than a $1 a day to possibly lower my LDL by 10%, seems like money well spent.

Taste good but not worth the price.The little bears are all stuck together you would have to pull them apart. I don't see myself ordering this again will find something else for sure.

These gummies have a slightly soft consistency but are a true gummy vs chewy. What I do in the morning is have my gummies in a tiny container and just nom them while reading the news or surfing social media in the morning and it allows my inner child to think it is getting to eat candy for breakfast. Very easy to deal with. I have no reports on my cholesterol levels ;) though they were starting to creep up on me so I added these to see if they help keep me off an Rx cholesterol med.

They taste okay, and are easy to chew/swallow. I didn’t notice any change in energy levels or any side effects really while taking these. The quality seems to be good, the ingredients are all clean and the bottle was sealed well. As far as effectiveness, I won’t know until it’s time to get my labs drawn next week. Will update my review if I see a decrease in my cholesterol. Overall decent gummies, even if just for the nutrients they provide.

These cholesterol gummies are pretty tasty. They are not the most delicious gummy supplement I have tried but are still good enough that I do not forget to take them daily. The gummies are soft and easy to chew. These gummies combine a lot of ingredients potentially good for your cholesterol levels. I like that these gummies do not contain any artificial sweeteners or color. I also like that they are produced in a GMP certified facility.
