I have used cervical traction devices for over 30 years including the primitive over the door type. I've had a high quality device for the last 15 years but the Velcro finally wore down and I decided to try something different. This product is extremely comfortable and the distribution of air is very even, the fabric is very comfortable and I feel that the angle of extension is appropriate according to chiropractors. The velcro is very adjustable depending upon your neck. I highly recommend at this device. And if you're interested in packaging, this came well protected and the box is a work of art in itself. It's comparable to the box for an iPhone.The only thing that I would say I didn't care for was that it's more difficult to pump up than pumps that I've had in the past. What I've chosen to do is to leave it partially inflated so I don't have to pump as much to get the full extension. Not a big deal.

Item was not new. package had been opened. The sleave that goes around it was in the bottom of the box. The neck stretcher was stuffed back in the box and taped shut. I guess somebody tried it on and it didn't fit. To me that's like wearing someone else's socks. It ain't going to happen. I'll take my business else where. I had to rate 1 star to continue. Not very Happy.

Great product as described works well. Material is good as well. Do not suggest buying if your neck is big seems to fit smaller necks better. Easy to use good product for money spent. The design is simple but nice. Provides relief of neck pain and headaches. Would recommend

I purchased this to replace a similar device (Neckfix). I like this better because of the added chin support. It really helps relieve cervical pain, but it takes a few weeks of regular use to notice a difference. The bulb and pressure relief valves are pretty reliable on these neck stretchers. What will probably wear out first, is the air tube. Dry rot. The way it’s fastened to the pillow/balloons, it is NOT easily replaceable. This means you will eventually have to toss the whole thing because of a worn out or damaged tube.

Sometimes, I get out of bed and this neck-stretcher just re-aligns me. I only wear it for a 15 to 20 minute stretch. It feels good! Dr. Rowe on youtube suggested it, and he has never steered me wrong on a chiropractic tweak video. I also do neck curls to stregthen the musculature in my neck.

Kind of helps with my neck pain I think its just not affective for me but great product!

This thing is the best thing I have done for my pinched nerve in my neck! It’s easy to use & is a great fit!Tip - it didn’t want to pump up at first. It may take a lot of pressure to get it to work for the first time.

Does not work!The design is great. Wish would have kept air.Just like other reviews, it kept deflating as I wore it, didn’t even take 5 minutes to begin losing air.😢
