BE PATIENT - IT’S WORTH IT! WORKS!!! I absolutely LOVE this thing. I have cervical bone spurs, and cervical disc bulge at C3-C4, pressing on nerves that run down to my right hand, and incredibly tight neck muscles and traps. During the pandemic lockdown my pain and numbness was the worst. I was working a stressful job and getting little sleep. My right arm was weaker than the left, and my right hand would be numb for 30 minutes after waking up each morning. I was scared. The MRI showed the physical issues above; the doctor recommended a steroid shot and said I may need surgery one day. I put off the steroid shot, figuring I should try physical therapy first. I also completed my contract, got a less stressful job, and started sleeping more. I tried stretched but they were painful, and sometimes seem to make things worse. I don’t think I was doing them right. But when I started using this device, I couldn’t BELIEVE how effective it was. Every time I use this regularly, it’s like I’m buying myself days or weeks of pain relief. AND extra mobility— I can twist to look behind when backing up my car without stabbing pain now. IMPORTANT TIP: when I first got it, it hurt a lot to relax my neck in that position. My neck was so tight it felt like it was made of hot piano wires that were about to explode. No joke. So I would only stretch on the floor with it for 30 seconds, twice a day. Then I gradually increased to a minute, once or twice a day. Another review here helped - it suggested to breathe slow and deep, gentling letting go, let gravity do the work, as you are able to tolerate it. Eventually I would put headphones in, choose one relaxing song that was about three minutes long, and use that as my timer. I’ve been using it for about 6 months now, and my necks so much better that I only need it 1-2x per week now, for about 3 minutes. I’m almost convinced that all I needed was gentle, gradual, decompression, not surgery and steroid shots. Anyway, time will tell. For now, I’m sticking to this routine, and recommend it to anyone with neck and upper back pain. Thank you for making this stretcher!!

I have not left a review in years. I highly recommend this product.I used it for two minutes last night and for two minutes this morning. It felt very nice each time, similar to when I go to my massage therapist, and she cradles my head. Best of all my TMJ pain was nearly gone after each use. Hard to believe, but it’s true. I’m very thankful to whoever designed this product. God bless you.

I work at a computer all day, and my neck and shoulders are almost always tight and sore. I started using this for about 10–15 minutes at night before bed, and it’s become a really helpful part of my routine. Just lying on this relaxer eases a lot of the tension I carry in my neck and shoulders. I wake up feeling less stiff and more comfortable than I usually do. I honestly didn’t expect much when I first bought it, but it’s been surprisingly effective at relieving some of the daily pressure and pain. I’m genuinely happy with it so far and plan to keep using it every day.

This product really does work at stretching my neck. I get cervicogenic headaches and this has tremendously helped keep them away!! I am thrilled to have something that finally works. I do about 10 minutes a day but not everyday, but if I feel my neck getting tight/tense I immediately use it. I even take this with me when I travel!

I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15". Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the "Epley maneuver." Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments. FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.

Amazing, incredible for neck pain

Bought on a whim Dialysis chairs are uncomfortable and normal pillows are bulky while travel pillows don't provide enough support. I'm glad I gave this restcloud a shot. I won't lie, I laughed at the appearance and was doubtful about "performance". After using it roughly 45 minutes while reclined in the chair my neck began to hurt, not painful but not comfortable either. The next few minutes my neck began to pop a few times and the uncomfortable feeling was gone. No more stiff neck or tight shoulders for me. I use it at least 3 hours a day, 3 days a week and I have to admit that this funky looking thing lives up to it's claims 12/10

I got this because of nerve issues in my neck. It help spread out the disks in the neck and releasing pain that shoots down my arm. It is a one size fits most. Considering the cost of a chiropractor vs this, this is a good value for the money. As long as it is used as intended it is durable enough It should last for years. I wish it was a little firmer. Over all though, because of the benefits it brings i would buy this again.
