This is a very good pre-workout..it hits the body well and the workout is also good

Best in the budget segment
The 300 mg of caffeine per scoop is ideal, and the product and its quality is good for the price. Energy level stayed for 35-45 mins and I felt Itching in the palms and forehead is a common side effect of taking beta-alanine pre work out. Other than redness around my ears, I don't have any rashes or bumps. Since there are no additional sugars, the taste is mildly bitter, but I'm not sure if that's because of the lemon flavor or since I also noticed bitterness in pricey pre-workout supplements. Although it's undoubtedly a cost-effective product, if you're a beginner I advise using a half scoop or less.

Labeled as '300mg caffeine' but has no powerkick me and 3 of my friends took it together and still after 30mins it had 0 effect and one of my friend got rashes after it. Even coffee has better energy boost than this waste of moneyDont buy
