Functionality

Good headphones with long battery.
The headphones work fine, it has an awesome battery life which I needed desperately. The Audio from it is also good. The few points which has made me not like are that the wire length is a bit longer than needed. The most annoying part of these pair is the announcement whenever you connect to a device, even when the headphones sound is low the announcement is very loud and when the battery reaches 10% every 2 minutes it announces battery low making the headphones unusable, and if you want to use it you have to charge it to at least 20% for it to stop announcing "low battery" in full volume. The neckband is thick and is pretty durable, the ear buds design being metal is good.

Unsatisfactory post-purchase assistance
I purchased this item on January 23, 2025, and unfortunately, it stopped functioning on May 5, 2025. The device no longer powers on and does not charge either. On one occasion, it did manage to switch on briefly but then shut down automatically and hasn’t worked since.To make matters worse, the customer service experience with CROSS BEATS has been extremely disappointing. I have been waiting for over 24 hours for a response from their representative on WhatsApp, with no resolution or meaningful communication so far.Additionally, there is no option available on Amazon's platform to initiate a return or even contact the seller directly, which leaves customers completely stranded in such situations.This has been a total waste of money, and I strongly advise others not to purchase products from CROSS BEATS. The product quality and customer support have left me completely dissatisfied.

Great buy for the offered price.
These neck band, blue-tooth device is an absolute must for its price. Its easy to handle, has good audio quality that can be checked by listening to melodious music with booming percussion and instruments. The wires connected to ear plugs have a decent length, that take care of inadvertent movement while running long distances. One may consider having it even if you have another blue-tooth device as I have others brands too. Mic quality id good, functionally it's easy to handle, battery life is decent and overall its a good buy.

Great product
Very nice product for, amazing mic quality, the design is also very comfortable for wearing it around the neck. The buttons are also functional, the product is valuable for the price but the quality could be increased. The noise cancellation is amazing. And it is compatible with android and iPhone. Comparable to AirPods with the price. Only 4 stars because the battery life span is a bit less , but the charging speed is also very fast.

Decent but AnC is not actually working
Voice is decent not so great.Anc is completely not functioning.So those who think it's having anc. It's not to be accepted.Rest battery stands good for a day.If anc is made good it wud be great
