S 6 Pro with Voice Remote

I received this item Feb 9, 2025. It was working good until Thursday, May 22, 2025 when it did an update. Now I lost the ability to connect to wifi. I paid too much money to have a piece of junk sitting here due to the system needing to do an upgrade to work properly. And I can't get in touch with the seller because Amazon keeps directing me to them and since it's over 30 days, they refuse to connect me. A waste of damn money. How about making sure your updates don't crash the entire system.

Just got this box about 4 days ago. Easy to set up. Just need to YouTube how to set up the device which is done in just a few simple steps. Picture quality is GREAT! Has every channel we like to watch Including HBO, Starz, showtime and so much more. I’m excited for football season because it has all the sports channels! My daughter has finally watched some of the movies she’s not been able to watch because either the streaming services don’t have them or you have to pay to watch them. I pay for so many streaming services which adds up to so much money. I just recently cancelled those services and can’t wait for this box to save me so much money! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I saw some people on here say that the box stopped working after the 30 day return window so I purchased the 2 year extended warranty for an additional $20 which I think is worth it. I mean you’re already paying $200 for the box, what’s an additional $20 for some peace of mind that it won’t be a waste of money after a month or two.Picture did freeze like twice which could have easily been the internet but will keep an eye on that. Just had to change the channel and then go back and channel was working fine.And when I initially set it up, the picture would flash to red for some reason like it had some kind of glitch but after I changed out the HDMI cord with another one I had in my home that hasn’t happened again.So far extremely happy with my purchase and plan to buy more.

Easy to set up. If you know what you want to watch you can find it. It's just not a channel surfing set up.

I've only had this Superbox s5 pro since March. Worked well until it didn't. Couldn't get any of the apps, live tv, play back and back TV just quit working. When I unplugged device and tried to reset/reboot, it deleted everything, and now it's saying device isn't authorized. Superbox will not help because bought is bought third party. To much money to only work 2 months

It is not hard to set up if you watch some Ytube videos. Minimal instructions. It works pretty well for what you can get but is limited to the apps you can get/use. Can't get many popular apps/streaming programing.

Now I can get rid of my Spectrum account. All the channels I currently have and more and not having the $150/month charge anymore is very gratifying. The setup is relatively easy but learning the remote is a bit of an uphill climb. As everyone else says, go to YouTube for info and full setup.

This is a game changer. We don't miss our cable or the cable bill at all.
