I wondered if this product would work since so many did not. Well, after 2 days, I felt the difference, no more muscle spasms. It is a complex of important ingredients such ashwagandha, CoQ10, potassium, and others. Great product, easy to use and feeling great. I highly recommend this product.

This is the second bottle I have ordered. This stuff helps me calm down at night and sleep. Plus I love that it's liquid because liquid is more bioavailable for absorption. Taste good too.

It’s the first time I’ve tried an elixir sleepaide and I have not regret it. I have tried melatonin gummies and other pills, but this right here is when you wanna be a baby again and sleep well. This absolutely blew my mind at how fast acting it was and I only took it 30 mins before I wanted to actually sleep. I rested well and woke up refreshed.The taste was almost absent and so drinking it with water or juice won’t change the taste and it was amazingly fast acting. I had just 6oz of water with the recommended 3ml. I didn’t need 3xs that day, it worked like a charm.

It does help with sleep. However, i recommend starting at the lowest dosage. The directions say 1mg-3mg a day, which I think is far too much for someone just starting. I started with 2mg. While i slept well, i could not focus the next day also had a lot of anxiety throughout the day. I waited a couple days, took 1mg and had the same issues. I will try again but this time I will try the absolute smallest dose of .25mg and make adjustments from there.

Has a great taste not sweet at all. Best one I have had so far.
