You can't be hyper if you're asleep.
The good: My kiddo won't take tablets or gummies so I ground the pill up and put it into his drink, it went well and there was no stomach discomfort. Taste was acceptable, and it did help calm him a but.The not bad but not good: It calms him down because you can't be hyper when you're unconscious lol. Any amount of this will make him want to nap. This is fine as long as we know ahead of time so that it doesn'tess up his sleep schedule.Good quality, size, dissolvability, and easy to incorporate into a routine. Dissolves in milk quickly when ground.

Good tablet, a little big for younger kid!
Works great to regulate littles nervous system. Taste is great, smells good too! The tablet dissolves fast, but it is a little big and I needed to crack it in half for my kid!

Weird taste
My autistic son does not like the taste. They are chalky and have a weird after taste.

Kids won’t take
My kids will not eat these. I use Renzo’s iron strong for my 7, 5, and 3 year old and they enjoy them. So I thought this would be a good choice for helping my 3 year old calm down for bedtime instead of staying up until 11pm. She hated them and spit it out and the older ones didn’t like them either. It’s unfortunate since now I’m out the $$.

My toddlers is liking them so far. He chews them sometimes and other times we put it in his OJ in the morning.
