This travel companion of ours has made car trips with our toddler so much easier, safe and enjoyable! My baby initially hesitates to sit in it, but once he is in it, he is very comfortable and even sleeps while travelling 😊

The seat quality is good. My 1.6 year old child used to walk and jump around the back seat and never sat down. This prompted us to get the seat and the first 45 minutes we put him in it, he cried his lungs out. Now he asks to put on the belt on his own, which means something is right and the seat is comfortable for him.We have had the seat for a few weeks now and twice he has almost fallen asleep in it. The bolstering on the seat is good both at the bottom and the sids. The armrests are within reach and he does use them sometime. Giving it four stars as we would have liked a longer range of adjustment for the headrest.

Very often people like us who care about travel safety and are informed about it, find ourselves in a quandary. The usual chinese brands care so less about safety and ergonomics while building a product that it becomes pointless to buy them. The usual good products become prohibitively expensive. So, there is no middle ground as such for people like us.Jumping Jack fills this gap and offers a good option of people on a budget. I decided to buy car seat for my daughter. Decided to buy this panda design car seat. I was bit worried as it was new model from the company whose car seats are recommended in many blogs. I am just fan of this car seat.First time saw this cute design of panda. Just happy. My little munchkin just loves it and plays with it when in car. She feels she has a good companion and feels special sitting on it. 3 reclining position make my little one sleep just in few mins. Lovely colors. Happy with my decision and and would recommend to all parents who wants to buy cute car seat for their little one.

Seat belt length is very small.not preferable for healthy kids.

Sturdy and Easy to Install. Would've been nice if they had added extra padding around the neck/head to support the kid while dozing off.

Product delivered quickly. We ordered thinking it is an upgrade over R for Rabbit Jack and Jill Grand which seemed not cushiony enough but has awesome reviews.Am a parent to a four month oldImagine my state when I got the car seat without any installation manual or link to installation video . Only small confusing stickers on the car seatBeing a new product it seems R for Rabbit is still in its stage where it launches products without adequate ecosystem of manualsOur email to them asking for manual generated an auto email two days later asking for photos of the problem. Hence, the customer support issue is something you should be wary off. Don't be misguided by the friendly email which comes once you order a R for Rabbit product.I think it was my mistake to order a product with no reviews and by trusting the brand.

The buckle is too hard to put on and off. It is a struggle to get the two ends together at exact same position, hold both together exactly, then dig out the buckle from that big spongy covering and snap it in carefully (ensure you hold the two ends carefully and aligned in the slot, it misaligned easily and hence doesn’t snap in. You ll have to redo it again... and again 🤦🏻‍♀️)- all while my baby screams and struggles. The head support is good but body support cushions are a little too snug for comfort.
