Personally not good at electrical work, so had to call a electrician to fix this, but is worth the money and looks beautiful.Had to buy bulbs separately but provides good light.Really nice specially as it is close to the ceiling and doesn't touch our head.Product delivered in good packaging and really good. Nice bright light, high to the ceiling, a bit different from what's in the shops, love it!Easy enough to fit, we've done a few different light fittings over the years, so we're used to them being fiddly.It is on the heavier side for a light fitting, but with the right plugs (plasterboard ceiling) it is hanging just fine.2 person job

Pros: Looks great. Comes with spare crystals. Construction is rather robust. Plently of chain to hang it from.Cons: Very heavy, dont hang it on just plasterboard.Takes time to assemle, for me it was 2 hours just screwing it together.You will need some proper cable connectors for inside the fitting where you have to finish wiring it up.Solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Arrived on time in suitable packaging which kept it well protected. Spare crystals for accidental breakages is a wonderful bonus. Delicate to put together but not impossible as long as you have small steady hands. Used a proffessional electrician to put the chandelier up in recently renovated room and ordered bulbs at the same time. One advice, use frosted or amber tinted bulbs otherwise clear bulbs throws shadows on walls and ceiling. Looks lovely, much admired by visitors.

Very pretty but the lights doesnt work, had a electrician put it up for me. It works for a few min and then one after one light stopps working. Ive called electricians 4 times to fix it 4 times but still doesnt work. The socket is loose, specially 1. they say its bad connection from socket thats why it doesnt work. very bad quality. Sadly i didnt put it up fast enough because we were doing renovation, so now im sitting here with a useless light because its not eligible for warranty/refund or to get a new one anymore… i would like to contact the seller, but i cant find out how to

Arrived damaged, as in photos. It has a dent in the casing making it sit incorrectly. Not what I expected from a light fitting of this price.

When first opening the parcel the amount of pieces is daunting. One of the crystals was broken, but I still gave 5*’s because, it is of course delicate and there was a whole spare spray and lots of spare crystals and other parts just in case.The video is an extremely clear and makes it very easy to put the light together. It really is beautiful and gives off lots of light with the recommended bulbs.
