Black & Decker Microwave- arrived a day early !!! THANK YOU . Build Quality, as usual for this manufacturer was well done. Appreciate the white interior ( easier to see food splatters ) make cleaning easier. Power as described . Cook time great. Ease of use and Noise level also well done. Packaged well, Set up was quick . Color choice; Black and Chrome to match my other appliances. Very classy .Shipping Weight 26 pounds .

Great size, annoying Loc feature.
I needed a small microwave to fit my space and this fits well. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles but that’s okay with me because I use it mostly for reheating food and melting butter or chocolate, etc. The only annoyance is the Loc feature which makes you have to push the “open door” button every time.

Happy with my new microwave
I ordered a different microwave from a competer which was so complicated I could not figure out to use it. Returned it and ordered a Black and Decker microwave from Amazon. So easy to use. I prefer simplicity so I am very satisfied.

The button to open is stiff and awkward
Good size. Works just fine. The child lock button is annoying but may be helpful if toddlers are trying to open the microwave. Although it would stop them from starting the microwave...The button to open the microwave is annoying. It takes ls too much effort to push and you have to push it directly in the middle for the button to work. I would not purchase again

Door does not close completely. Poor customer service.
Microwave oven door does not close completely. I contacted Black and Decker (Midea Support) customer service over a month ago (several times) and I just get the run-around. I sent them a video, photos, serial number and they still haven't sent me a return shipment label.
