Good adhesive strength. Easy to install. You can simply cut the areas you need, with a normal scissor. Good quality and the color looks as expected. I am not sure about the durability but it is still a good option. Rent friendly.UPDATE: After a month it started to peel off. I was super happy with this product and had initially rated it with 5 stars but after a month I already have to change it. I used it for my office which is very small and only I go there, no one else, 3 times a week. I am very disappointed as now I have to spend time and money on a new floor.

Nice product for the price but be sure to mix in tiles if you buy more than one box...color variation and it was difficult to peel the backing off the back.The tiles were a little thinner than expected but are working out well on our basement floor.

I purchased this product for the floor of a walk in closet I was renovating. It worked well. It was easy to install and easy to cut. Especially in those awkward places that can be hard to cut and fit well.It looks great!

The adhesive carpet is so convenient. It's incredibly easy to lay down the tiles without the need for additional glue or tools. The texture is pleasant, and they look great in my space. Love them!

Terrific product and it was exactly what I was looking for in our hallway area.

Carpet squares were advertised as .200” thick. They were only .150 thick. Light as a feather and did not have much fabric on them making it difficult to match seams without seeing a small gap. I returned this product and would not recommend it for anyone. I purchased Foss 2 x 2 peel and stick carpet squares from Lowes. A little more money , approximately 10% but far superior in quality.

It is quite easy to stick the carpet tiles on the ground, and the layer on the back of tiles is strong to adhere to the place. The thickness is just enough for working or resting space. No bad smell or material
