Did not help with my hand and finger tremors.

I crochet a lot and wanted to work on my hand strength a bit so I figured I'd grab these gloves. They're constructed mainly of neoprene pockets filled with sand, polyester and nylon and have a long velcro strap that attaches kind of funnily, but it's still workable. The finger holes are actually little rings of elastic that still leave room for flexibility. For now I've been wearing them for shorter periods of time and will work my way up to being able to wear them for at least a couple of hours a day. It didn't really come with any instructions, but I've been doing little hand exercises with them as well and it seems to be helping.

These are weighted gloves. They are easy to put and adjust to sit. I wouldn't say they are quite comfortable to wear because you have all this strapping going on on your hands. I can see how it can help with stabilizing if you have tremor, I'm not just sure if wearing the gloves can work in some activities. The gloves are good quality overall and they make for a simple and affordable way to treat the symptoms I'd still recommend them.
